I can verify these other comments -- the doctor isn't bad, but his staff are trash.

Doctor excellent, the staff answering the phones they are terrible, they leave you waiting for 10 minutes or more, for billing they don't care I have being trying to paid a bill for almost a month and laugh of you instead or help you, or they will tell you the manager will call you during the week and they never do it. and after all they send your bill to collection agency definitely they are not doing their job. and they don't care about the patients either. there schedule is approx. to 330 you can not call then after work. and when you call them in your break time at work they put you on hold for 10 or 15 minutes and after they hang up. there is no professionalism in this office at all.

Dr. Roditis gave me a painful colonocopy procedure. When they checked my blood pressure it was higher than it should be. They gave me procedure anyway with less anesthesia so I felt it. They couldn't finish it. I was also told they stopped because of my writhing in pain and my blood pressure got so high during it that it would be dangerous to proceed, because I could have had a heart attack. While I appreciate that they didn't give me a heart attack during the procedure and they didn't continue because of risk of tearing, I'm not sure they should have started it in the first place if my blood pressure was high to begin so it was going to be so painful and possibly dangerous (lucky they averted danger during the procedure). Dr. Roteris told me afterward that he thinks I need anti-anxiety pills.anyone would be upset if told it was going to hurt badly and then it hurt really badly. The nurse also tried to put IV in my wrist and acted like that shouldn't freak me out. I have small veins
