This office is the worse office I've ever been to. As far as the doctor he is a caring person, it's the staff that is ridiculou. As far as a high school diploma NO ONE in the office even has any medical experience. And the lady giving those painful shot yeah she's a waitress never has been a nurse NEVER WILL BE.

i was kept waiting for almost 3 hours and when i was finally taken to patient room i waited for another 30 minutes and then he just left! his staff said he would be back in an hour and just acted like nothing was even wrong! he just left the building with a waiting room filled to capacity and i was never even offered an explanation or any kind of apology for the inconvenience. one lady on his staff in particular is extremely rude and unprofessional to the point of uttering rude and insultig remarks about the patients well within thier hearing range. needless to say I will be looking for another primary care person

When Dr. Siddiqui had an office in Galion, I took my grandfather to his office many times. He was always kind and completely answered any questions we had. He was the kind of Dr. that was willing to go the xtra mile for his patients. I would recommend him to anyone!
