Dr Gallo is an excellent doctor , she knows her stuff and answered every question i had, she looks at me and spends time with me, she is personable. I would recommend to her anyone including my family who already goes to her some of them, Great Doctor!!

The staff is rude, disrespectful and lazy. They spend more time having personal conversation and talking on the phone when they should be taking care of paperwork and making sure that the new patients in the waiting area have what they need to see the doctor. I had to wait a little over an hour before receiving paperwork to fill out. The staff got an attitude when I approached them regarding the paperwork after sitting for 20 minutes. I was told "I'll be right with you, give me a minute", that minute turned into 45 minutes. I can go on forever about how unprofessional that office is. The doctor is nice but how knowledgeable she is, is questionable. .

Staff there are very rude and lazy.Paper work never gets filled out, then the wait is two hours or more even when office is empty. Doctor actually makes personal phones while I was waiting in the room for her took two hours for a ten minute exam. Would never recommend this doctor to anyone!

I am not really sure why these ratings are so great. I have waited weeks for test results, been told multiple times that they would call me back and never did, and been delivered some concerning results over the phone with no explanations. Not impressed. At all. As others have said, maybe it is a staffing issue.

My husband, my daughter and myself all LOVE Dr. Gallo. We began to see her when she first started working with Dr. Weiner on Ralph Avenue. She is very kind, patient, knowledgeable and understanding. She does not rush you out of her office and answers all our questions. The wait is sometimes long but we understand. She is really the BEST doctor we have ever been to. Her staff has always been kind and helpful to us. I am glad she has her office on 77th Street because we moved to Staten Island and she is now closer to us.

Dr. Gallo is absolutely my favorite doctor I've ever had. I've been going to her for well over 10 years & even hough I've moved well out of the area, I have no plans to change to another doctor. I've never had a problem with her. She always kind, professional, listens and explains. Unfortunately the typical wait time has been 1-2 hours and the staff is the worst I've delt with in my life. I've waited weeks for sime paperwork, been spoken more than rudely if I ask them a question, spoken to very rudely, hung up on and they work very slowly when it comes to even simple paperwork.
