Kaiser-Permanente
Dr. Tsou really cares about patients. She is quick to respond to messages and emails. She has called to follow-up with me a few days later to make sure I was feeling better, which is something few Kaiser doctors do. She has given me information I needed, treatment advice, and ordered prescriptions for me at times by talking on the phone or exchanging emails, saving me time and money because I didn't need to come in for an appointment. She is moving to the San Ramon office - otherwise I would continue seeing her in Walnut Creek.
