Two existing crowns were pulled loose during a procedure using a “gummie” to pull out a 3rd crown. These loose crowns became infected and painful. She refuses to acknowledge the mistake. A $2100.00 procedure (not covered by insurance) was recommended to address the infection!
Also, this practice jacks up the billing with unnecessary procedures during routine cleaning - procedures not covered by insurance.
The staff that deal with billing are the worst I have ever encountered. Evasive, rude, deceptive.

Dr. Reese is professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. She will tell you what you need and all the options. I have been to many other dentist that try to push more procedures that needed but Dr. Reese lays out all the facts and allows you to make an informed decision without pressure. I think so highly of Dr. Reese that I drive over an hour to get to get to my appointments.

She's a good diagnostician, but her staff members are disorganized and have made numerous errors with my billing and appointments, which led to many headaches and a lot of unnecessary back and forth. When I would bring some of these issues up, she would get defensive and sometimes even a little condescending. Not wasting my time anymore.
