I set up an appointment with Dr.Szekely, and arrived at the office at 9:30 upon the request of the receptionist. I sat in the waiting room for about 10 minutes, and the hygienist came out too meet me and , I followed her into the examination room. I told her I didn’t want any x-rays because I didn’t have any major problems, I just wanted one front tooth bonded. She talked me in to the x-ray because I was a new patient. she said now we’re gonna have to do a cleaning, and I told her I didn’t want a cleaning because of a bad experience. She left the room and,the doctor came in. The Doctor said I don’t want your business, and walk out in a hissy fit, Before I could even explain to him that I had my teeth cleaned, and I had sensitivity to hot and cold for six months, and tooth pain. The doctor showed me no respect! I felt like I was discriminated against because he didn’t even try to accommodate my needs of being a elderly patient. The visit was a total waste of time. I asked the receptionist if I could purchase the x-rays, and, I take it her silence means a no. I just had to get this off my chest!

My husband saw Dr in September for cleaning and check up needed 2 crowns, came up with a complete care scenario, 1 week before the initial appointment I called for estimate and was given an amount that seemed in line with my insurance, day of appointment after being late and getting my husband there and in the chair his staff proceeds to tell him that insurance is not covering and total cost is now $1600.00 , no way did he just learn THIS ON SATURDAY morning, then because my husband was angry as he lost a days pay etc, the wife of dentist called the police because my husband was pissed !!!!!!!!!!!! Also they bring dogs to their office which for m is a big turn off
