My experience with Dr. Trautman was fine until I founded that he had coded my annual physical incorrectly and I was charged for a visit that was supposed to be 100% covered. Despite his staff acknowledging the mistake, I unsuccessfully spent many phone calls and too much time trying to recover the charge. If there's a mistake on your bill, rest assured that you won't be speak to him directly. His staff has him well protected.

I have been a patient for over 8 years of Dr. Trautman. His office is the absolute best around. You will not find a more compassionate and more detailed PCP. The Patient Gateway is great...Dr. Trautman is up to date with technology and his staff is the most helpful you will ever encounter. I am so fortunate to be a patient of such a caring and wonderful office.

One of the nicest doctors and staff I have encountered since moving to this state 4 years ago. I highly recommend this Doctor for anyone who seeks professionalism, timeliness and knowledge. After my company switched our insurance I was no longer able to use them. When our insurance changes again, they will be the first that I call. Great job Dr. Trautman, your office could truly be a model for others to replicate in the cummings center.
