A+ for charm and personality. I know that's not the most important thing in a doctor, but it's so refreshing to be treated like a human when seeing a specialist. And it's refreshing to visit a doctor who actually seems to like being a doctor. I don't see him for anything life threatening, but I can imagine he would bring reassurance and light to patients in grave situations.
