The Dental staff were great. The billing department on the other hand made me feel like I was being taken for a ride. I informed them I was using my Medical Insurence which covers dental for this visit, and I aquired Cal Dental as a supplimental insurance. Dr. Hong does not take Cal Dental. So, we would not be staying for future visits. Well it just so happens Dr. Hong's Office charges $15 more than the insurance pays. NICE. Maybe I am being paranoid, but how convenient. A lesson learned. It only costed me, I feel $60, I guess it could have been worse. It is a shame, Dr. Hong was really nice. The billing department needs to be more informative. Jessica made me feel like a chump for not knowing what my insurance pays. BE CAREFUL. BE INFORMED.

Dr. Kelly and her staff are a great dental office to be apart off. I feel that her knowledge and techniques are wonderful. Her treatment, time, and patience is very rewarding to someone like me who has been nervous for years to go to the dentist. Staff is very welcoming and helpful. They are the type of office that will go far beyond for their patients.

Dr Kelly was so professional and very kind. She explained every question I had. Everyone at the office was very nice. I was referred by my friend. I am very happy with her service.

I feel like it would have been better had we never gone. We'd be $2300 richer. Our teeth don't feel any better. It's actually worse now. I will not ever be returning to Dr. Kelly Hong.
