Terrible him and the staff. Every month is pay to urine in a cup, take vitals, hopefully get to see Bernard and listen to staff talk about and complain about Dr. I take a urine test twice a month for probation and my meds show positive as the should, or I would not tell P.O. I was on them Then I get in Dr. Office and they say my levels are low or are not there B.S. if all his patients got together he would be in trouble just by his bedside manner...

He was a quack doctor, he claimed Iwwasn't taking my meds when Iwas and being that it took months for them to come see me of vcourse the medications was no longer in my system. I Even asked for blood work to be done and was refused to prove that I was in fact taking my meds.only to find out I. Had been dropped as a patient without notice. They were billing my insurance for care that was not received also billed for methadone that I never was on.he's a Samartist mmilking the system and not caring about your health. I was bleeding internal and all he did was wrote script's without assisted the problem. I wouldn't recommend a dog to be treated there

Today I went to see Doctor Shelton, I was actually surprized with how fast I was checked in. Usually, I have to deal with Charanda, (who's very unprofessional) and slow! However, there was a new secretary today. She seems pleasant, helped me out alot! Especially, with all my "issues". Even though it was a crowded waiting room. I was in and out with all my scripts. I made a appointment for next month, I hope the new secretary stays around because, she really knows what she's doing,(compared to, unprofessional Charonda). I have been a patient for years now. And, honestly today was, the BEST encounter I've had in years.

this is the worst office I have ever had to deal with-no call backs from office staff, answering machines don't work, office wait time for patient to see doctor is ridiculously long, doctor's comments are unprofessional to patient, no follow up on out patient procedures, office staff give wrong information to patient and other offices Need I say more?

Good office but they are not very efficient when its time to call/fax in my refills, its always one problem after another.... whether it wasnt sent over, or its written out wrong, or they just dont care. I've had to wait 2-3 days for it to get all RIGHT at the pharmacy and finally get them filled... -But the worst is having to go back up to the office after an error like this happens (which is 9/10 times you go there) YOU are STUCK waiting in the office waiting and it's usually jam-packed, sometimes it will be 1-2 hours just for them to re-write/or fax the script that "they" screwed up on - then it takes the girls up front a half hour to 45 mins just to get it signed. So some days going, be prepared for anywere between 3-6 hours.... So forget about work that day, and dont make any plans, because between waiting to be seen initially/to the nurses messing up your meds/then go to the pharmacy/then back to the docs to CORRECT it/then back to pharm.I DONT LIKE SUFFERING FOR ANOTHERS LAZINESS
