Dr Matt has been our family optometrist for the past 5 years. He’s highly skilled, patient, takes time to answer all questions and very well cares for his patients.

Matt was super lovely. I had the earliest appointment offered (10 a.m., when Costco opened), and he and the receptionist were there chatting amicably when I arrived. He kept up the easy going conversation throughout the appointment, breaking down every detail of what he was doing simply (this is not the machine that will blow a puff into your eye; this is the machine that will blow a puff into your eye; this is going to look strange for a minute, but you'll get used to it; etc.) and telling me "if a future doctor tells you this, here's why." He took care of me very quickly and was informative, professional and pleasant throughout. In addition, the receptionist gave me great advice about where to buy affordable contacts and provided as many options as possible for me to receive the prescription conveniently. I was EXTREMELY pleased with Matt's service.

This doctor is associated with Envision Eye Care which is an independent contractor of Costco. My time was disrespected by being double booked for an appointment, so the doctor would not have 10 minutes of unbilled time. I did not trust the care I was given. The doctor writes eye glass prescriptions for adults that are only good for one year in order to increase business.
