Dr Welsh is great. The office staff is not helpful and the most difficult office to reach I have ever dealt with. You cannot leave a message at any time and during office hours, I have found it nearly impossible to reach the staff. The ONE time I talked with the front office, my message was returned 1 (one) week later, which was too late as it was a question regarding current medication. FRUSTRATING. If the Dr was not outstanding, I would never go to this office again.
