I've been seeing Dr Spinato for 7 months (several visits a month the first few months ; a few times a month after that) for a long-term problem with my neck and upper back/shoulders and tinnitus caused by nerve inflammation in my neck and around my ear. After seeing two other reputable chiropractors who did their best to help me, I found Dr Spinato online when doing a NUCCA search. He has helped me more than any other chiropractor. The most significant change is that I am not having chronic pain anymore in my neck and upper back. For the first time in years, things are starting to shift and heal in my neck and back. I have been going to Dr. Spinato for over twenty years. I was not a believer in chiropractic medicine when I started, but after the medical community couldn't help I was ready to try anything. Needless to say, he helped! I love going in to the office in pain, and walking out pain free. The best part - treatment is for you...he is NOT one of those chiropractors who want to see you three times a week for the rest of your life. Treatment is based on what you need. He is fabulous at his job.

I have had chronic neck problems for over 30 years. A few months ago it became unbearable - I'd wake up in the night from the pain. My mother recommended looking for a "NUCCA" chiropractor, as it had helped her. I googled and found Dr. Spinato. I have been treated by chiropractors my whole life, yet remain a sceptic, suspicious when things become a little too "new age". I was pleased to find Dr. Spinato's approach quite practical and logical.
