I had a broken foot which required surgery. The office staff was very efficient and friendly, dealt with insurance and all arrangements. Waiting time was minimal. Dr. Chang did outstanding work on my foot, I was confident in his ability to take care of the injury. I feel that I received the highest level of care with Dr. Chang and would recommend him without reservation.

This may be the worst bedside manner in a Dr that I've ever encountered. I left in tears not from the information he told me, but the personal comments he made about me. He told e my feet were ugly and that I definitely got the raw end of the deal when it can to pretty feet. He also told me that he didn't understand why I would even be upset to not wear my current shoes anymore because they were unattractive anyways. He may be knowledgeable about feet; however, because of these comments I don't trust anything he told me. I will most definitely be going to another doctor who will not dismiss me or make me cry.

I recently started a new exercise program and Dr. Chang was recommended to me by a friend when I started to experience some foot pain. It was easy to make an appointment through their website. He and his staff were very friendly and I felt comfortable right away at the office. After my first visit, Dr. Chang suggested orthotics and made a customized pair for my feet. I picked them up a couple of weeks later and followed his instructions for breaking them in. They helped right away and I haven't had any problems since. I would highly recommend Dr. Chang to anyone needing a podiatrist.

Terrible bedside manner. After surgery he went straight to his charting and left my family waiting in the waiting room. I developed a terrible infection in my Achilles and five years later still has not healed properly! This type of care is a disgrace. I do not recommend any type of care or surgery from Dr. Chang.

The wait time for the appointment time was very good but the office staff were discussing their personal life as I was waiting for my appointment which did not seem professional. Dr. Chang was very professional and he was helpful with his advice but he came across to me as very cold and clinical. I am not usually a very emotional person but when I left this appontment I felt very dismissed. I had been in a lot of pain before I actually made this appointment. I was asked what are all the areas that are a problem? When I answered that question, each area was dismissed in succession. That has been a problem for a while, we are not going to attempt to fix that, if you have pressure on your small toe shave the callous off, then the final advice that was helpful. Which was that the bone that is in my foot is too long and instead of surgery buy a set of inserts for my shoes and cut out a hole where the bone is to releave the pressure. He then just walked away. The advice did help.
