The Worst Doctors Experience Of My Life, Stay Away
Now in my 60s and have seen many doctors over my lifetime I must say this is the most unprofessional, RUDE, and useless doctor I have ever visited. After waiting in her office and working with her nurse for 2.5 hours she finally made her Royal entrance into my exam room, she spent a total of about 8 mins. I had many questions to ask her and discuss as I have with many other eye doctors over the past 25 years. She was so put out that I would dare try and waste a second of her time, every question she referred to her nurse and after two she just walked out of the room when I was in the middle of asking my third question. After paying over $200 and there to get a prescription update thinking it may have changed since my last visit with another doctor that is no longer practicing she had the audacity to tell me it would cost me another $60 for her to write the prescription she had just determined. I refused and left very upset. I now will find a real eye doctor, I have zero trust in this doctor and will never go back.
All this after giving 2.5 hours of my time and over $200. Please, save your money and time, this doctor wants nothing but your money.
Final note, she does have an awesome nurse, Shana. Total opposite personality, she went far and beyond trying to cover for and make up for the horrible experience I was having at Carolina Eyecare Physicians.

Dr. Leslie Scarlett may be a competent surgeon. That is the only positive attribute I can convey. She misdiagnosed my wife's condition. Her chairside manner is one of the worst I have ever seen, and I have been employed in healthcare for over 30 years. She shows no compassion, or empathy. When she found out she could not perform surgery right away, she could not wait to get out of the exam room. She left my wife crying in her chair without even asking if we had any questions. In the three times I have seen her she has not made eye contact, or even acknowledged my presence. Her assistant was not much better. We will not be seeing her again.

This doctor is awfull she screwed my eye up it looks awful ...all they want is your money PLEASE DO NOT let her touch your eyes she will srew you up and you will suffer the rest of your life.This was the biggest mistake of my life.She is very heartless she sees dollar signs . she acts like she all that. Hope someone does surgery on her and scars her for the rest of her measly life
