Dr. Barbash is no longer at the Norfolk NEX. I was sad to learn that she was terminated in March from her job for being an ethical, honest doctor. Clearly the NEX does not realize they lost the only doctor who made it worthwhile for many patients to go there. I ran into her recently at another optometry office because I could not get an appt at the NEX office and she explained the situation that occurred - she is by far the best optometrist I have ever had and I will follow her to any office she ever works at. She is worth the trip outside the Norfolk Naval base area for a thorough eye exam.

Very professional and friendly office. Doctor was very knowledgable about my eyes and gave me an extremely thorough exam. Would greatly recommend this practice to anyone.
