Dr. Krinick did three implants, they are AWFUL. He smiles but underneath is verging on contempt for the patient. Although I had already paid 1/2 and work was 1/2 finished, they tried to insist I pay the entire bill before it was done. I was in the UN Dental clinic which he runs, avoid this place. The finance woman is also strange, very passive aggressive.

Staff is pushy and has attitude. When comes to billing they make you feel like you are an idiot and make sure they collect their high priced services. Not recommended.

While confirming a future appointment, I explained that I was experiencing discomfort and was told to come in immediately. The receptionist wasn’t in but the hygienist and technician helped keep things moving smoothly. Dr Krinick took his time and did whatever I asked so I would be less anxious during my double extraction. My procedure was pain free and I was sent home with complete instructions, medication, and Dr Krinick’s cell phone number in case I had any problems later. I highly recommend him!

Best Dentist ever!! He is so kind and informative for everything. I was very comfortable with staff and Doctor. I had no pain at all which I was happy because I am a big baby with needles. I highly recommend him.

Horrible dentist with a real passive push for extreme and costly measures. NOT kind. Doesn't explain and tries to rush you into big decisions. the experience was shocking it was so bad.

Was passively aggressive, pushing into more radical, expensive alternatives and proceeding before you could object, intimidating patients. Horror! Proceeded with procedures that may cause me to actually have to now do implants rather than caps. First visit - he was pleasant and informative - a fool's trap; Second visit - pushy, uninformative and radical.

Great office and excellent staff! The office is clean and the atmosphere is very comfortable. Manager is a super star, receptionists are always kind and helpful. The hygienist is so gentle and my teeth have never felt cleaner. Dr. Krinick is a great dentist that I highly recommend for all your dental needs.

On my first and only visit Feb. 2015, I saw two roaches in this office!! In Westchester this is not typical. One crawling up receptionists counter in waiting room, another in hallway near open doorway to what seemed to be staffroom. I took a peek inside the room. Empty room with several opened food containers and shelf with @ 10 open bottles of various types of booze and wino. Staff lunch???

I hadn't seen a dentist in almost 6 years. A friend referred him to Dr. Krinick and said they were very gentle, catered to cowards. My initial visit was very simple and pain free. I had a cleaning & scaling done. I then had bridge work done over multiple visits & went beyond my expectations. Every step of the way everything was explained to me & he wouldn't move forward unless I agreed. I highly recommend a visit to this office by anyone!!! Staff was helpful with insurance & always followed up after an appointment. Pleasure to go see the dentist now!

I have been going to Dr. Krinciks office for a number of years after not seeing a dentist for some time due to an extreme fear, dislike of dentists. I found the staff to be very helpful in making me feeling comfortable. Everything was explained to me in great detail before any procedure was performed & constantly checking to see that I was comfortable and not in any discomfort. I left the office feeling confident. The staff followed up after each visit and assisted me with insurance. This is a must see Dentist!!!
