I go to his office only when I need a prescription for contacts quickly because his receptionist is unfriendly, and there is always something off about the prescriptions he gives me. His prescription for my contacts were WAY off and the trial lenses he gave made everything really blurry. I understand these were trial lenses, but even so, the prescription shouldn't be so incorrect that everything was blurry. This isn't the first time his prescription for me was off, and when I told him the trial lenses were really blurry he raised his voice at me and gave me a list of excuses. I have witnessed him and his receptionist raising their voices at other patients before, and it is super awkward being in that tiny office when it happens. Please spend your hard earned money on another optometrist who will be more accurate and helpful because David Tsai is not helpful, not accurate and not reliable.

Very helpful and gave me the correct power for my eyeglasses. Also told him that I had dry eyes and wrote up a prescription for eye drops, great doctor overall will go to him again

Skip this optometrist. David Tsai is rude and is very unhelpul. He will not assist you w/ insurance issues and will refuse to contact an insurance company he accepts and even refused to speak w/ a representative from the insurance company which he accepts or I think wherein he is an "In-Network" member. He is very unprofessional.
