I've been going to her for years. Only had one problem with billing but after a few months of solving the problem it was resolved and have not had a problem since. Dr. Runer is very helpful with my questions and gives me a sample few supplies if I ask. I always get notice when my appointment is due and for the most part am able to get the time I like best. I recommend this doctor.

This office charged me $25 for a s called missed appointment but they never called to confirm and the appointment if it was made, was made a year ago. When I called the office to discuss it, they were very rude on the phone, had 2 phone numbers for me there were incorrect but claimed that was my fault for not letting them know. They would ask each YEAR, if anything changed and it didn't. How is the patient supposed to know that the office staff can't write down the correct phone number? And then claim they called me when they never did! I told them I would never go back there and they didn't care.
