Dr. Joseph Vitolo is a great doctor that I know for over 11 years. I had a successful breast surgery 11 years ago. He had no problem with me being a Jehovah's Witness not taking blood transfusion. He has a great humor, always punctual, has a great staff, very professional, very helpfull and very nice. I would recommand Dr. Vitolo to anyone.

This doctor stinks if you have a promblem. I had gall bldder surery done a cople of years ago and with in a year and half the surgical clips broke off and i have nothing but pain now BECAUSE OF HIM. Went back to him and will not do anything got very NASTY TO. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HIM AT ALL. HE REALLY STINKS. VERY NASTY WHEN YOU HAVE A PROMBLEM .SO NOW I HAVE TO LIVE WITH THIS PROBLEM FOR REST OF MY LIFE.

Our 91 year old father has a sizable hernia. Dr Vitolo was recommended by a friend who utilized the doctors services to repair a hernia as well. Our father got an immediate appointment although the doctor did not have regular office hours, but was at the hospital the day our father was scheduled to see him. After the examination the doctor provided an honest diagnosis, stating that he could do the surgery but the risks far outweighed the overall benefits. The doctor took into consideration our fathers present quality of life, as he is independant and the doctor felt that surgery good adversely impact his daily life. Dr Vitolo immediately made our father at ease with his sense of humor and easy going bedside manner. My sister and I would highly recommend Dr Vitolo due to his honesty and integrity, as it was apparent that he put his patients welfare far above making money by going ahead and doing the surgery.

Dr. Vitolo is a great surgeon. He is truly caring and knowledgable. He has a great sense of humor, which helps when facing something like having surgery. He also will try not do just preform surgery if there may be a different way to correct the problem. His office staff is wonderful too. overall, I've had grat experience with both the office staff and Dr. Vitolo.

From the moment I met this doctor in the ER, I knew he was excellent. His office staff is fabulous. Each member was kind, helpful and especially caring. Dr. Vitolo did a great job on fixing my leg. I would absolutly recommend this doctor.

This is how an office should run. The staff did everything for my surgery. Referals, precertification, set up operative testing. He is a young nice guy. I was up and around after my gallblader sugery right away. Even more suprising I called with some questions on a weekend. Dr. Vitolo called right back. It's almost like an old style doctors office they anser the phones no recording and you can talk to the doctor.

My previous surgeon dropped my insurance company so I went to see him. He didn't want to touch my case. Later I was told by someone else that this guy doesn't want to touch tough cases. I guess he just looks out for HIS success rate rather the patient's needs.

like clock work, nice young guy I was up and about from hernia surgery right away. office staff was amazing. He let me pick my own music during surgery. Made something tough easier.
