Staff doesn't always return calls and has to be reminded of things. Seem unconcerned and display lack of urgency.

This doctor was recommended by a friend for a health issue I was having. She saw me for one issue and then asked me to come for follow-up, where she'd draw blood and give me a website to review and follow if I wanted (I didn't know doctors were paid for this). She coded my visit as a general visit, although she was seeing me for a particular issue. My insurance refused to pay her because she was seeing me for a particular issue, not a general visit. She turned around and sent my information to the collections agency, although I have called her office and asked to recode the visit, as she was seeing me for a particular issue. When I talked to her on the phone, she "forgot" about my original issue, and reemphasized that I need to pay her. Not ethical. I wander how she is with other issues...when it comes to life and death. Don't go to this place - ever!

Dr. Warren is a wonderful primary care doctor. She is kind, and takes time with you as a patient. Adding to that is a wonderful staff from the front desk (Dawn & Kristen) to the nurses in the back. Amy (nurse) is very helpful and answers your questions and concerns also. My dad is also a 3 year patient and has recently been diagnosed with Non-Hodkins lymphoma--Dr. Warren has been exceptional in helping us find the right care for him. It is really a great practice and has a friendly, warm spirit to it...

Every person in this office is 100% helpful, and I have to say I have never met a more professional and personal group of people. Kristen, the front receptionist, is such a sweet genuine person who gives you a warm, comfortable feeling when you first walk in. Amy, Dr. Beth Warren's nurse, is such a sweetheart, and always shows utmost care and concern with whatever ailment you may have. And I must mention Dr. Beth Warren! I have been so impressed with her professionalism, as well as her ability to balance that with being so personable. She is careful to listen and then asks appropriate questions, and she's as sharp as a tack when it comes to diagnosing and treating your illness. If you are reading this, know THIS: You will not find a better, more professional group of people than those in this office. My wife and I think the world of them, and I have confidence you will, too!

The staff is nice, but Doctor Warren was wonderful! After a bad experience with my previous family doctor, she was a breath of fresh air! Well definitely go back to see her. I recommend her to everyone.
