I've got surgery schedule in a couple of weeks and I have been feeling extremely anxious (I've never had surgery, minor or otherwise, before). I was trying to call him to discuss the issue(s) because he told me I could call and talk to him about any questions and concerns I had. Instead of being able to talk to him (as he said I'd be able to do), I was informed that he does not accept patient calls. I'm sorry, but if I am supposed to trust you to go wading through my insides, I expect to be able to talk to you on the phone.

This Dr did not do a thorough exam on me and I suffered with pain and discomfort for the next couple of years before going to different dr who gave a quick and easy fix to my pain!

I used Dr. Bowie during my last pregnancy. Although he was stuck in traffic on his way to the hospital to deliver my baby, he was very helpful and great with everything else! I enjoy seeing Dr. Bowie for any "female" problems because he is a very personal doctor who will sit and listen to you and answer any and all questions.
