Everything about our visit was fantastic! I'd been looking for a good dentist for a very long time and here I found a great dentist with a great staff. The dental hygienist explained everything she was doing during my daughter's cleaning and exam. The doctor took plenty of time to address our questions regarding possible need for orthodontics and gave a good referral. Our visit EXCEEDED my expectations. Also, the staff was very friendly, making me feel very much at home in this Madeira-based business.

I have been to this practice multiple times now and every time has been such a pleasant experience! I use to hate to go to the dentist but now it’s not a worry in the world. The team works so well together, which makes you feel very comfortable! Dr. Heiselman gave me my first injection and I was pleasantly surprised that I honestly didn't feel a thing! Everyone at the office is extremely knowledgeable and professional! I would highly recommend this office to anyone and will continue to recommend them to my family and friends!Front desk was extremely professional and accommodating with my schedule. She knows the insurance plans like the back of her hand, I was absolutely amazed! She even helped me pick out the insurance plan that was best for me considering the work that I needed. No matter how busy she is, she still makes me feel like I had her full attention. Very Impressed and a great face for the practice!
