The staff was super friendly I waited maybe 2 minutes before going in to be seen. The staff was super helpful and comforting they sat with me asking me questions and patiently sat and listened to my story through my tears.lI was seeing Dr Kessler for a second opinion after being in pain for over 4 months without anyone being able to give me any answers or answers that made sense. My other ob wanted to perform a completely unnecessary surgery and Dr Kessler actually found my source of pain despite it not being ob related. Previous ob said I had endometriosis meanwhile turns out I have several kidney stones. He was super friendly and so very helpful. I have since ditched my previous Dr I highly recommend Dr Kessler!

Was very apprehensive to use Dr Kessler because I was unfamiliar with his practice and since I work in an ER I have seen how surgery can go badly. I was very happy to find that my nerves had been laid to rest from the very first visit. Not only was Dr Kessler very knowledgeable about the care he was providing he also encouraged me to help myself with natural ingredients. For example, because of my condition my blood count was severely low, and blood transfusion is personally not an option. Dr Kessler not only provided whatever care he could medically but also suggested that I consume one tablespoon of molasses twice a day. Molasses turns out to be the best natural source of iron. I truly believe it was because of this suggestion that I was able to raise my blood count and have my surgery in a timely manner. Also Dr Kessler was very attentive before, during and after my surgery. He called me the day before to check on me to see if I was nervous or had any questions (even though we had already had a pre-op appointment), I saw him multiple times the day of the surgery, he stayed at the hospital until I awoke from anisthesia (even though he was leaving for vacation after my surgery), he called me the evening of my surgery to check on me and he called me two days later to see how everything was going. I'm very happy I stumbled on to Dr Kessler's name when looking for someone who could do my procedure laparoscopic. I would and have recommended him to anyone who needs a good obgyn.

He is THE only reason that I delivered at the hospital that I did. He is a true professional. He is genuine, HONEST, SO informative, caring, and follows up. He answered every single one of my emails within record time. He even helped me with my weight gain during and after pregnancy . My experience with him is life-altering Highly recommend!

Dr. Kessler was my choice of Dr for my first pregnancy at 40 y/o. He did not once ever test my HCG levels, and when I began spotting he refused to test my progesterone levels as, in his words, I was not a candidate as I was not an IVF patient. Sadly, I lost that pregnancy. Upon conceiving again a few months later, my new OB practice promptly tested both my HCG and progesterone levels and discovered that I had a progesterone deficiency which was easily corrected with progesterone supplements, and that pregnancy was viable and healthy in every way. I completely blame Dr. Kessler for the loss of my first pregnancy and would never recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Kessler changed my life. I visited hem for the first time about a year ago and gave him the long list of ailments I was dealing with. Instead of taking out a prescription pad as most doctors would have done .He instead got in my face (which I needed) and told me how it was. The truth hurt, but it also transformed my life. Some people may take it as brash and rude. I took it as a breath of fresh air. He suggested a challenge in going raw vegan, taking natural suplementos and getting rid of all the toxic chemicals I was putting in and on my body, and getting more exercise. So I did just that. I went raw vegan , Got rid of all processed foods in my pantry and started using natural and safe (green) cleaning product for home and personal hygiene use (love Dr. Broner"s Sals Soap and Castille soap.).
After about two weeks I noticed a real change in the reduction of pain, inflammation in my joint and body. The brain fog I felt had gone away . I had added things back in my diet gradually and noticed that wheat and gluten made me hurt, processed sugar made me hurt. Fresh organic fruits and veggies made me feel great.
Just went back to update Dr. Kessler and told him most of what was bothering me is gone, never felt better. Aches and pains gone, cholesterol is now normal, Inflammation is down, stopped taking several medications. and my energy leveland mood is way up. I agreed that I still need to move more to help weight reduction, but overall I am so glad Dr. Kessler came into my life . I rather put up with a in your face, tell it as it is doctor than take pills and hurt all my life. THANK YOU DR. KESSLER!!

I feel compelled to review. I feel traumatized after my experience with this doctor. He was rude and essentially blamed me for losing my baby at 15 weeks, citing such reasons as I ate canned foods and drank from plastic water bottles. He gave me information that was later confirmed by my normal ob as simply false (she was livid). I can not emphasize enough how rude and condescending he is.

Dr. Michael Kessler's response
Prenatal exposure to Bisphenol A (BPA), a common chemical used in plastic water bottles and canned food, is associated with measures of obesity in children at age 7, according to researchers from the Columbia Center for Children’s Environmental Health (CCCEH) at the Mailman School of Public Health. The researchers are the first to show associations between prenatal exposure to BPA—94 percent of women studied had the chemical in their urine—and measures of body fat in their school-aged children. Results appear online in Environmental Health Perspectives.
In Sept., ASRM teamed up with the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) to publish a joint statement calling on doctors to raise awareness among pregnant women about environmental toxins and how to avoid them, and urged the government to make policy changes.

The statement noted pregnant women are exposed to about 43 different chemicals, which have the potential to increase risk for miscarriage, stillbirth and premature birth.
