Dr. Foreman saved my mom's life. He is amazing , intelligent ,understanding , he takes the time required to have a complete understanding of his patients illness's and moniters all , he treats and cares about the whole patient .He is the best GP i have ever known. The very best of the Capital District.

I asked Dr? Forman to help me out and he refused. Singular mind. Has very strong opinions and will not help you when you need it. I would stay away from his practice I have been seeing him for well over 10 years. No longer. Do yourself a favor and seek medical help any where but here.

Dr. Forman is the VERY BEST Dr. I have ever had in my 48 years on this earth. He I very professional, kind, caring and considerate, most of all, does not discriminate against anyone!
I wound recommend Dr. Forman to everyone, if the need be. He DOES NOT go against anyone
because they are in a lot of pain or have a lot of anxiety, he has helped me out in both of these
areas and he is wonderful!! His staff is VERY kind, and if I need to be seen right away, they get
me in that very day w/in a couple of hours! Dr. Forman and his staff actually and literally have
saved my life, and for this I am VERY thankful!! I could'nt ask for a better Dr.

USCIS returned health examination forms to me, because Dr. Forman had filled out the forms for our children incompletely. When I went back I was treated very unfriendly by the office staff and not even received an apology. I was told by staff to wait 3 minutes to make copies and put the letters in new envelops. I than waited 15 minutes, while the same staff made small talk with another staff member. After 20 minutes I mentioned that I need to get back to work and was told "almost done". I had the feeling that she made me wait even longer intentionally, since the whole procedure should really have taken not more than 2 minutes in total. Another 10 minutes later I got the letters. I went to the car, when I realized that the stamps on the back of one of the two envelopes were missing. Most unprofessional and unfriendly staff I every encountered in a physician office. I cannot comment on Dr. Forman (he may be a good doctor).

Dr. Forman has been my and my 7 children family dr. for over 10 years. He has always been just a phone call away when ever i need him. his staff is the best.

We have been patients of Dr. Forman for almost 4 years. He is extremely patient, professional and caring. He is knowledgeable and thorough. He is available and helpful. He has never been arrogant or rude. He is respectful of the young and old.
