As a post menopausal patient Dr. Murch addressed my needs with confidence and a great wealth of knowledge. Appreciate her extra time to explain my medications. Glad she is practicing in Bartlesville!

I will NEVER go back to see Dr. Young. Not only was she over an hour late to getting me back for my appointment I had to wait in the lobby with no one acknowledging me (even though I could see them in the back gossiping) when I first got there for 10 plus minutes. Then to top it off once I finally did get back to see her she was super unprofessional. She had no signifying features of a doctor, no coat, no badge, no stethoscope for all I know she could have been one of the other patients. When I told her about my family history she got very short, pushy with options I did not wish to pursue, and negative when I expressed my concerns. Never have I felt so awful leaving a doctors appointment and there isn't even anything wrong with me. She called in a $100 prenatal for me and then when I asked to switch it to something more cost effective she moved it down to a $90 one... I can go to Walgreen's and get the exact same thing for $15. I wouldn't recommend her to my worst enemy and hopefully she goes out of business soon because clearly I am not the only one that feels this way. I wish I would have checked these reviews before I every made that appointment. Lesson learned.

I was misdiagnosed I had an unnecessary surgery. Only to have to go back and have the surgery I was suppose to have the first. No I would not recommend her to anyone. The second visit, she was very rude, dropping the word cancer around. There was no difference after her surgery than before I had the surgery. I felt it was all about the money and doing as many surgeries as possible without taking care of the problem. Would not recommend her at all. Horrible experience.

Three times I have been left alone in a paper gown in an exam room for close to 2 hours, with no one checking on me or updating me on when the doctor would be able to see me. I left without having seen the doctor at all while having a panic attack. This office is thoroughly unprofessional all the way round: the receptionist rolled her eyes at a caller while I was standing in front of her. I have found a new doctor. I advise no on to go there.

I saw Dr Murch for my prenatal care and the delivery of my baby. I really liked her. She was knowledgeable and professional. I never felt she brushed off any of my concerns or questions - she listened to me and answered me thoroughly. I had hyperemesis gravidarum and she tried everything she could to control my sickness. She sent me for tons of blood work and testing throughout my pregnancy. She is soft-spoken and straight forward, and not always the most "smiley", but I feel she was always nice and caring. My labor was induced and, after several complications, Dr Murch delivered my healthy baby girl. I will definitely go back to her in the future.

Love the staff and Dr. However the wait time is ridiculous. I am a tally at a visit right now which was at 3:30AM and hereby is 4:45PM and I have still not seen the dr.

She was horrible! She didn't want to hear about my history. After the really uncomfortable exam I asked if everything looked or felt ok or normal. She didn't say anything, instead she left the room. I got dressed and went to the back office. There was no body there. Finally after waiting for a minute or two a girl peaks around the corner and says, "you can go now.". I won't EVER go back to see Dr. Murch and I will not recommend anyone to her.

The wait time was completely unacceptable more often than not. She ordered some unnecessary, expensive tests. Her mood was completely unpredictable...generally ambivalent, occasionally friendly, one time just hostile.

I went to see Dr. Murch for an annual exam and due to having some intermittent bleeding not related to my cycle. When she came in the exam room (almost an hour after the appointment time) I explained the situation and asked if she would also look at my hormone levels. She mocked me by saying "Have you been all over the internet? It wouldn't tell anything anyway", I guess to imply that I had been silly to try to look for answers on my own. She did the exam, told me she was going to order more tests, and was halfway out of the door before I could ask any questions. She came back and combatively answered my questions, casually dropping in that I might have cancer. She also got extremely hostile any time I asked questions about what she was testing for. Her bedside manner was horrible and I didn't hear anything until her receptionist took pity on me and let me know that everything came back normal. Find a doctor who will treat you like a human and answer your questions.

I had appt at 10:30am ended up w tv til 12 before I was seen, she had vacation the week before so I understand she was busy. That was the 1st time I waited more than 25min for her. She was great w my 1st lo, did a great job w my cesarean I knew it was lunch time but I had some q's & she wanted to help & shes always been wonderful (on her bad days she doesnt talk much but is still nice). She called a hospital in Tulsa after the q's to see if I could continue care w her & attempt a vbac there & called me back before I got home to tell me yes & she didnt have to keep me as her patient. I am So Glad she did. I dont think she agreed w me 100% w a vbac but still cared. I have not had #2 yet but due soon & glad she has always been supportive w my own decisions. She is very honest which I like. It was worth the wait that day! Will go back. Not everyone will love her but she's Great for me & yes like some said she takes time to warm up to but it is well worth it! I could type all day about her!
