Dr Desai is the most thorough Optometrist our family has ever been to. She is caring but very knowledgeable. Not only does she care for the eyes she also makes sure to catch medical issues that can be seen in the eyes.

Dr. Desai is polite and knowledgeable. Her staff, however, are presumptuous and ill-informed. Last year, I was told I could use my insurance benefits for a pair of sun glasses and still be eligible for frames for glasses in 2012. That was not true. I feel I was fooled into using my insurance benefits and spending my money on sunglasses. I am very dissatisfied with the staff. That staff member is no longer employed at the Sears Optical in the Fairfield Mall (Beavercreek, Ohio). When I went this past week for my annual eye exam, I was interested in paying full price for frames. The receptionist told me "I would not be interested in the $60 frames." How incredibly presumptuous of her. I was completely turned off from buying anything. Needless to say I will not be going back to Sears Optical.
