Best dentist in my life and I have had many in my 63 years. Well educated and smart about modern dentistry. I received great advice on several issues. He can explain every aspect of the problem from your personal home routine (and why it should change) and present your options. I value the office visits for cleaning because he personally does this and has the advantage of getting very familiar with my teeth and gums. Dr. Ding is a true professional in his field, after receiving his dental training from the best at USC. I prefer to pay directly as I have learned that most dental insurance only pays for substandard care. That's my experience. Dr. Ding's service goes way beyond fixing teeth and he has demonstrated to me a deep understanding for his role as a health educator with a keen sense of responsibility to his patients. 1st time visit. waiting was about average, some equipment was dirty, the restroom had a bottle of mouch wash with no bruches or cups and,we all know what ends up in there. Good talker and also business oiented style while pleasant and listens, not overly emotional Since I had no work other thab xrays, I can not comment on the quality or efficietly of his practice. He uses a direct after the xray approach to explain what he sees needs to be done and reads then aloud for Nurse, Dental ASST which also multitasks and she takes notes to have a /Dental plan made up, submitted to patient with the doctors"Orders" and pricing. Probably if patient is not covered, they make out a standard Program Costs - Patients responsibility for paynent for excess not covered by insurance co. Got up said thank you and left.
