This Dr does not have all the slides to accurately make a prescription. "close enough" was good enough. The problems i was having were easy enough for a different ophthalmologist to figure out, Dr Jackson just shrugged it off. Since my script was off by .5, it has ruined how my eyes focus, they cross while i sleep which is painful, and im now in progressive lenses. The thing that gets me, he did the same thing to another woman while I was waiting. "It'll be off by .5, but that small a step wont matter." There was something wrong with the frames they ordered and were not willing to fix it even when i paid for the insurance. Things started getting sour, they started getting rude. Bottom line, this place almost cost me the ability to see, its a long road to recovery. Prescriptions should be EXACT! Thanks a bunch Dr. J.
