On Thursday, June 13, 2019, my husband went to Dr. Chin’s office for the first time To meet with him and help him out with his CIDP diagnosis. Unfortunately the weather was terribly bad outside and my husband was running a half hour late. He explained come south of Pond Road riva to meet with him and help him out with his CIDP diagnosis. Unfortunately the weather was terribly bad outside and my husband was running a half hour late. He explained himself upon arrival and the front desk secretary automatically said the doctor refuses to see my husband. My husband requested to speak specifically to the doctor and self, and considering the condition of how my husband walks because of his CIDP, the doctor refused to visit my husband. Super rude, super unprofessional, embarrassing staff, and I would not even recommend this doctor to an insect. He’s a cold hearted soul that only has money in his best interest, rather than a patient’s health. This is evidence that the doctor himself was not interested or prioritizing my husband’s well-being or health. Unfortunately in this office, you are just a number.

Dr. Chin is one of the top neurologists in NYC. Especially, in the neuropathy specialty. He is wise, thoughtful and insightful in all areas.

Known far and wide for his affiliation with the perpheral neuropathy group at Cornell, he is branching out more on his own merits!

Dr. Chin is smart and compassionate---one of the few doctors I know who listens carefully and does his best to be helpful. He does not rush you out the door! I recommend him highly.

I saw Dr. Chin for the first time today. He was such a breath of fresh air compared to other Doctors. He listened, spent time with me, was very patient, and answered all my questions. I wish more Doctors were this way.

Dr. Chin is hands down the kindest neurologist I've dealt with (and I've dealt with a lot). He spends a lot of time w/ you, never makes you feel rushed and speaks to you as if you are his equal.I've been very impressed with is demeanor and highly recommend him for that reason. On the DOWN side, there is Demaris. Demaris is his nasty, moody, demeaning secretary. It's shocking and perplexing that he would allow someone to treat patients the way she does. Good luck!
