I have gone to doctor jackson for almost five years. He is hands down the most thorough and incredible doctor I have ever had. He keeps meticulous logs to ensure that all of your medications are working correctly. I was able to lower maintenance dosages to an 5th of what I was originally taking. He is on the forensic board of psychiatry and is completely up to date with any new studies on the medication he prescribes. I have been with him a very long time, and he is one of the most well respected doctors in Hoboken. Most insurance companies do not cover Addiction Psychiatrists. You might be able to submit the receipt yourself as a claim, but its all out of pocket. There are always alternatives for those that cannot afford addiction psychiatry (such as a methadone clinic) in the case your addiction is to opiods. My goal was to deal with a very REAL addiction and approached it with brutal honesty. And if you do the same, I guarantee you will find success.
