He treated me for a condtion in a very wonderful manner. However, when I later saw him for another condition I go the feeling that the follow up vistis were to collect the money. At my latest visit I arrived 5 minutes early and filled out forms that I had done before. There was another person sitting there. The doc called him in at ten past the hour. I asked a staffer if he double booked. She said no and that the person who had gone in ahead of me had an appointment fro 40 minutes earlier. I waited until ten minutes before the hour and he was still with the other person. Knowing that he takes over ten minutes between patients, I went to the desk and said that my time was valuable and would not wait any more. She offered nothing. No concern. No explanation. No apology. The medical profession ifs filled with arrogant people who show no respect for patients.

First time I waited for my appointment 2 hours and next time for 1 hour. When I expressed my displeasure for this kind of patient’s mistreatment, Dr. Lieberman try to apologize by suggesting that patients should call in advance and ask about wait time - not the way around! Dr. L. offered me referral the hospital for injections to help my neck pain, but it took me more than one month being in pain, 6 calls to his office, writing him two letters and dealing with very unfriendly staff, one wrong referral and refusal to explain all of that! Then they lost my MRI disk that I brought with me and needed for the my injection. Dr.’s office insisted that I did not bring the disk and they do not know even how to apologized! Dr. Liberman’s office staff seems to be ignorant and unfriendly. They display total abhorrence toward patients without comprehension that they may be in pain! Avoid this place!

Ireceived my progress note from this doctor that was literally dated3 weeks to the day from my actual appointment. It makes you question the accuracy of his assessment considering how many patients he must have seen between my visit and when he actually wrote my assessment. He must have an amazing memory to have reported a detailed progress note nearly a month from the actual visit. I found several discrepancies in thenote. He reported that he reviewed certain items with me which he did not,he actually had his secretary call me days later to review these items. He also billed me for a 75 minute visit when I literally only spent maybe 15 min with him. As a person who works in a profession where I deal with billing insurance companies on a daily basis it is very obvious he bills insurance companies for an excessive amount of time compared to what the actual visit amounts to (billing 75 minutes for 15/20 minutes ) it's obvious he does not care about his work nor his patients at all,

Dr. Lieberman is extremely knowledgeable, & enlightened, however, the wait time is an hour, and the staff leaves a lot to be desired. He used to be so interested in solving challenges, but seems to have lost some of that through the years. Now refers you out to other doctors a lot.
