Most surgeons... they see you for 5 minutes if you're lucky. We appreciated Dr. Ball spending time with us, talking through the surgery, answering all of our questions. He is warm and trustworthy. Everyone at the hospital raved about his skills so we were confident going in. Surgery went perfectly. He gave me my life back.
