My mother is a patient of Dr Scharold's : I have found both the doctor and the staff to kind, compassionate, and efficient. I would recommend this office to anyone needing a doctor.

Dr. Scharold is fine. However his office staff is terrible. The phone is never answered and calls are returned sometimes days later. Insurance claims are sometimes not filed with your insurance because "Dr. Scharold can decide that he will or will not file it for you." The staff is rude, uncommunicative, and non-responsive. I would have stayed with Dr. Scharold, but I would probably be in jail by now for attacking his office staff.
