Just okay bedside manner. The real issue is how he and the office manager run the office. They will fire staff for any silly reason, resulting in high turnover. The manager does not adequately train staff (and works from home) which causes patients to blame them for referral issues, lab results, etc. I've seen him scream at other medical professionals and his own staff.

Very abusive to staff. Yells at them, throws things out of the rooms while throwing a tantrum and berating them to take all of the mess he created out to the dumpster. Uses his staff up unless you are his favorite of the week and then fires you for illegitimate reasons. The worst person I have ever worked for.

Honestly he is a mean person . He has verbally abused his staff members and has had Multiple of his assistants who quit working with him for just 2-3 months . Very difficult man to work with and it seems like our help is never appreciated by him.

Extremely courtious, Doctor, who has brought my wife through the darkness of PMR and GCA, his steady hand, and skill have brought her 180 degrees in less than three months, we highly recomend him, he knows his dtuff!!!

Without question, the most integral and comprehensive doctor I've ever seen. I would recommend him highly to anyone. Because of having cancer and several other serious health problems I have seen many doctors in many states. Dr. Ballentine is by far the most thorough I've ever seen. Extremely smart.

He is a doctor that listens and cares. That is not common in doctors. He has more knowledge than my last ra doctor. Larry if you read these thank you so much for helping me. If there is anyway i can repay you for being the best.

This is a horrible doctor with horrible and rude staff. The only thing good about the practice was the sweet office manager he had and then the doctor ran her off.
