My experience with the staff at Spectrum Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery was great. However, the doctor was a disappointment. He arrived an hour late with no explanation (we were the first appointment of the day) and he walked in knowing nothing about who I was or what my condition was. He hadn't looked over any of my records or the diagnostics that were requested by his office. I left feeling overwhelmed, upset, and very dissatisfied. I feel as if the medical care provided to me by Dr. Pridjian was severely lacking and I will be seeking a second opinion.
