I am currently 5 weeks post-op and I am so happy with my results. I was skeptical about how much improvement I would be able to get because of how odd my old nose was shaped but I truly think I have the perfect nose for me. I am not exactly sure how I got the nose I have from what I had but I will just say Dr. Sykes is an absolute expert at what he does. As for the process (consultations, getting meds, etc), it could not have been easier with how kind and flexible everyone was!
I have never had surgery before so I was very nervous about going under and getting the procedure and I know I would have chickened out if it wasn't for Dr. Sykes assistant Maria. She was so reassuring, and helpful. Right off the bat you will feel like you're talking to your best friend when speaking with Maria. She made the whole experience so welcoming and enjoyable for me. I really can't explain how grateful I am that she was part of the experience!
If you're on the fence about whether or not you should get the surgery like I was, just imagine turning something you dislike about your face into your favorite part. Its truly a priceless thing to me and I would do it over again in a heartbeat.

I started seeing Dr. Jonathan Sykes over a year ago for Botox injections.
His extremely knowledgeable in botox and other procedures.
He told me everything he was about to do before doing it and explained all the side effects in detail.
The pain was not bad at all. I am extremely pleased with the results .
Now i see him every 3-4 months and i would never consider having someone else doing it.
I would highly recomend Dr. Jonathan .
I plan to get more procedures done by him in next few months as i only trust him to touch my face.

Do not go to this abusive, sick, untalented person for any kind of services. He keeps other plastic surgeons in business fixing his mistakes. The positive ratings are fake: the language is too uniform to be genuine and the results are falsely skewed. Think about it, there is only the lowest rating or the highest. In normal reviews there are a variety of ratings between the two extremes. This person damaged me and mutilated me with a viciousness I've never experienced. He has done it to others and when one of his other patients told her story, he sued her in court. Of course, he lost in his attempt to deprive her of her constitutional right of free speech. There are many other talented surgeons in the Roseville area. Save yourself, go to anyone else but him.

I love my new lips! I went to Dr. Sykes a month ago for lip fillers. I went in mainly wanting to have my upper lip fixed. One side was lower or thinner than the other and wasn't as full. After correcting the uneven top, the rest of the syringe was evenly distributed throughout my top and bottom lips. I can't believe the difference! I look younger and the fuller lips make me look healthier, I got all my friends wanting fillers now. The swelling and bruising was definitely worth the end results.

Dr. Sykes is wonderful. My nose used to look very wavy in certain lighting and I couldn't stand it. It was like I looked completely different the way the shadows would cast down on my face and I hated my profile. It bothered me for so long and I was just going to live with it after consulting with different surgeons who didn't seem to understand what I wanted and would talk about tweaking things around my nose that made zero sense to me. It's like they couldn't understand what I wanted to be achieved. Dr. Sykes knew right away what needed to be done and explained what he would do to give me that smooth look I had wanted. I suffer from anxiety and was nervous to even have the surgery. Dr. Sykes was very caring and made me feel very comfortable and confident and I love my nose now.

My best friend and I go to Dr. Sykes for fillers. I have only had lip injections but I love them, they make me look younger and more exotic. My friend has had lip fillers and botox, we're both obsessed and very happy. I recommend going to a plastic surgeon like Dr. Sykes who actually does the injections. He's a pro and a really cool person.
