Dr Larson has been my 16 and 17 and 9 year olds doctor since birth. When Dr Larson was at Cottage Hospital (until my kids were 15 16 and 8 years old) we never once had a problem with the office EVER. Dr Larson is amazing but now that she is in the OSF building everything dramatically went downhill. There is no priority for sick kids it still takes a long time to get in even when they're very sick they want you to go to the ER for everything. They have no care that you would actually like ur child to see Dr. Larson and are constantly trying to make us see a PA that my children do not know and I do not trust. We are so sad to have to stop seeing Dr Larson but it seems OSF has her so overloaded with patients we haven't seen her beautiful face in over a year despite multiple appointments. Im pretty sure the problem is they require her to have to many patients and make it nearly impossible to see her. Dr Larson is AMAZING OSF is horrible for making us give up such an amazing DR I wish she was still at Cottage.

Every time I have needed my 3 month old to be seen I am always told to go to the ER as she is completely booked out for at least 2-3 months. No level of prioritization with sick children. Never helpful. Never wants to make her an appointment. I feel as though the ER doctors are her primary care physicians at this point. Told to go to ER for acid reflux, gas pains, etc. My 3 month old now has Covid and it seems the doctor could care less. Does not read or listen to my messages. She will send back to do stuff after I’ve told her I’ve already been doing those things for a week and it’s still persisting. Ive taken her to the ER and they just get on the phone and consult with her and she tells them to just keep doing what I’m still doing even though she is getting worse. There needs to be some level of prioritization as my child is 3 months old with Covid and has little to no immune system. Very very displease with the little service she has gotten. Would not recommend. There needs to be a cap on the number of patients a doctor is allowed. Nobody should have to wait 2-3 months to get their sick child seen by their primary care physician.

Dr. Larson is a very caring and thorough pediatrician. She has seen both of my children since birth and I would not trust them to the care of another doctor without her recommendation. We have been through some extremely scary times, such as bringing home a baby from the NICU. I have always found her to be very balanced in her approach. She does not minimize things that need to be taken seriously but also does not require unnecessary testing or "make mountains out of molehills". I would highly recommend her as a pediatrician.

Dr. Larson has always treated our 3 children great. She gets them in asap when needed. She is very respectful to us and the kids and the staff has always treated us with kindness.

Always overbooked. and very rude staff. Have a child with disability so I moved him to a doctor that specializes in that, and because of that, she refused to see my other child. She said that if I felt that she wasn't good enough to see one of my children, then she wouldn't see any of them. Not right!
