Dr.Moulder is the most incompassionate doctor I have ever been to...wanted to give her a chance to show that she understood my issues but never able to help me in "pulling" eveything together for me and get me to the right drs. to help. She seemed to always have a pre-determined idea that everything is a stress or emotional problem, so you have to "carry the ball" yourself in trying to find help or if she thinks your issue is "permanent," she is not interested in helping you. As I felt the need to be proactive myself with my health concerns, (which is so stressful and gives you a feeling of hopelessness....then when you do have to search on your own for doctors who will actually help , she always seems offended and appears to down play their diagnosis. She rarely smiles and is so condescending.! I cry every time I leave her office. I don't want to say these things. I feel she is very knowledgeable, but I also feel she is not a good medical "fit" for working personally with patients with complicated issues...If you have just routine health issues, she is probably fine, but in my case and others, she does not do well. I wish I could switch over to Dr. Poole. Everyone seems to love her. I am of the old school that believes that drs. and their patients should have a trusting, confident relationship.

I am 75 years old, and Dr. Moulder has been my primary care doctor for nearly 15 years. Prior to what has occurred within the past week, I would have rated Dr. Moulder as "good," but no more. She is still officially my primary care doctor until I see a new one closer to my home, with whom I have an appointment on 12/13/2018. Soon after my last appointment with Dr. Moulder in Dec. 2017, I suffered severe vertigo that is permanent and incurable, diagnosed by an ear specialist. I cannot drive and some days can hardly stand. The round trip to her office would be about $80. I was going to pay the cab cost to see Dr. Moulder one more time for my annual tests in November. Unfortunately, my vertigo gets worse intermittently, and I can't even ride when it's that bad. I called and asked her to renew my prescription for thyroid medication (as I'm nearly out) with my insurance company's mail order pharmacy, where I get it for zero co-pay. I was told she would prescribe enough for only two weeks until I had an office visit. When the medication never arrived, I called the mail order pharmacy and was told she refused to prescribe it with them, but did so at a local pharmacy--the most expensive one in this area! It would have cost me full price, over $200, when I could get it FREE from my insurance's pharmacy, so I cancelled it with the local pharmacy. I've called the clinic several times, but Dr. Moulder would not talk to me or call me back, and neither would her nurse. Messages were relayed to me by front office staff, one of whom was exceptionally rude. Dr. Moulder knows Humana would provide my thyroid medication at no cost, and I can't afford $200 at the local pharmacy, she refused to change, and that message was relayed to me. My thyroid gland was surgically removed years ago, and going without thyroid medication could be dangerous, but I cannot afford the cost she tried to force on me. If I hadn't already made an appointment to change primary care doctors, I would after this episode, because it is clear to me that Dr. Moulder has lost her empathy and compassion for patients. In my condition and circumstances, her behavior seems nothing short of cruel. I don't know what has happened to Dr. Moulder, but "cruel" is not a good adjective to describe a doctor.

She is the best. Takes time with you, is very thorough, she is candid in a diplomatic fashion and is compassionate. The only negative is the wait time at that office. It is way too long but I can understand it somewhat because Dr. Moulder will take the time with you as needed and perhaps there were some complex issues with patients before my appointment. So, in a way it is a positive!

Dr. Rebekah Moulder almost killed my brother because she didn't understand the medicine she prescribed to him well enough to know he was having a bad reaction to it. She insisted he stay on it, and he got extremely sick. Avoid this doctor.

Is not interested in the person with the problem. Spends little time with you, misdiagnoses things as stress when they are not (like, in my case cancer and something other serious), refuses to do the tests to find out stress is not accurate (I had to get second opinions), is cold and uncaring. Has no bedside manner. I no longer use her.

She has no time for the emotional side of an illness or the person. She is all about the symptom, the disease, and quickly get you out out the door. She needs her feet nailed to the floor if you want anything more from her and she will cut you off and talk over you if the conversation takes more than a minute or two. If that kind of impersonal interaction is all you want then you probably will be happy with her. I need treated like a human with the disease, not as a disease. When she told me I had cancer she dropped that bomb and was done with the apt 5 minutes later. You have to be pretty proactive with her as she can be slow to give referrals or order diagnostic tests if she decides something is stress caused, even when symptoms are measurable and escalating. In my case (with a different problem) it was not stress and I eventually got a diagnosis, but someone else ordered the needed tests. I will not be going back to her. She was my doctor for about 2 years.
