This practice is the worst. From the time you enter the scraggly unkempt waiting room ( see all the negative notices taped to the walls) the place just feels weird. Almost like the 1980s. The doc handwrites his notes VERY SLOWLYwhile all the time making a diagnosis before he ever gets close to being done. He even told me I would probably need 2 overnight studies. Payment and Insurance are two very important topics for him and the staff.

When my insurance refused the overnight studies he wanted, they offered an alternative test from home that they say is almost as accurate and way lower in cost. Since it cut into the doc's profit margin, at that point he dropped me like a hot potato. Couldn't get a call back, they never answer the phone, etc. Finally one time I called with a different phone and I guess they didn't recognize the number so they answered. I asked why there had been no follow up for the alternate test and basically was just blown off. They NEVER called me for a follow-up and have no interest in helping me. If there isn't a profit margin in it, the don't give a damn.

DO NOT USE THIS PRACTICE UNLESS YOU CAN TAKE BEING IGNORED AND DROPPED WITHOUT A BOTHER. THEY DON"T CARE.
