A very caring down to earth kind of a person. Takes a sincere interest in his clients and their problems and helps them to come to helpful decisions. Some therapists seen seem distant and competent but disinterested. Dr. Giella is professional but pleasant, friendly and empathetic. Easy to be relaxed and open when talking with him.
