She is very rude! Her staff is rude. The wait is ridiculous and she does not seem to truly care one bit at all about my kids, I went to her because the high ratings on google. Stay far away, she feeds kids antibiotics and never actually throughly looks over them.

Dr. Rebecca Rue is very unprofessional and not knowledgeable in every aspect a pediatrician should be. She over steps her duties as a dr and turns into a psychologist to give recommendations that are beyond her skill set. For this reason I question her professionalism and character. If it was my choice my kid would not be under her care at all!!!!!!!!!!

This doctor refused to see my 8 yrold daughter who was suffering from debilitating headaches simply because I did not have the phone number to the insurance company.I suggested that the cleark google the # and was told that it wasn't their police to research phone#. Shortly after I was confronted in the loby infront of childeren and other patients in a very rude, combative manner by Dr Rue who repeated to me that it is not their policy to look up a phone number. I advised Rue that my child is in a tremendous amount of pain and I would like to have her evaluated. She at this point advised me that I was very fortunate to even be able to get an appointment with her as she is highly sought after and if I did not like how I was being treated that I should just leave. I told her what was important to me was my daughters pain and health issues be attended to. At this point she refused to help her.I HAVE NEVER COME ACROSS A MORE AWEFUL UNCARING DOCTOR!STAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY FROM DR REBECCA RUE.
