While I agree with the previous comment about Dr Goldman not being a specialist in ADHD, she is certainly open and up front about that fact and gave us a solid list of specialists that helped us find a good fit for our child. Because ADHD has co-morbidities that many doctors aren't trained to treat, it is best to leave the treatment up to a specialist if you want comprehensive treatment. She has never seemed to be in a hurry with any of our kids and takes the time to answer all of our questions. It's clear that she loves working with kids and we're very comfortable with her as the primary care doc for all of our children.

Unfortunately, I haven't had a good experience with this pediatrician. She is flighty, chronically in a hurry, and not knowledgeable in the treatment of ADHD. Her nurse is coarse and impatient. The two of them seem to be perfectly suited for each other, but not suited for patient care. Do yourself and your child a favor, keep on looking!
