I had not seen her for about 2 1/2 years and she treated me as if I had never left her. She did not ask nosey questions as to why I had not been to see her. She just did a wonderful job and told me what had changed in my mouth and what work was needed. The staff sent in the insurace form requesting approx approval amount the insureance would pay on the work I needed. No one seemed pushy but took the time I needed to address my concerns. I would recommend Dr Shannon to anyone.
