I had liposuction that resulted in malformation of my legs, I am deformed as a result. It shows in the pants I ware, I am no longer able to ware bathing suits of any kind nor skirts. It has impacted my life very negatively. I do not have funds to result, as a result I have next to no self esteem left.

This guy performed a rhinoplasty on me in 98. Reading some of the horror stories now, I am grateful for the less than stellar job he's done on me. My perfectly straight nose now has a bump in the bridge and my tip (which was the main issue) is only slightly improved. I have terrible scar tissue on my right nostril, which is raised and very red. Lastly, my nose is slightly tilted. I am planning on getting this corrected with a competent plastic surgeon. On a side note, he is incredibly arrogant and even blatantly judged me because I did not reside in Manhattan lol I hope he doesn't move to Florida ad set up shop there now! This guy is a total whacked out tool.

Horrible horrible horrible experience with this supposed "Surgeon". in 2003 i had Dr. Cattani perfom a rhinoplasty on me. About a year and half later after (the correct amount to time) to see final results , I started to notice some white areas on the bridge of my noses that were raised and noticeble.I went back to his office and was told to massage the are- also was brushed away by his staff and was told to put some make up on it! After getting upset with him and telling him i was not happy he told me i will speak to my other colleagues about it and i will get back to you-THEY NEVER DID.. ALSO THEY CONNED ME INTO signing over my reimbursement check of $550 from GHI INS CO. TO THEM. I CAN NOT EXPRESS ENOUGH TO THE PEOPLE CONSIDERING THIS FRAUD. his staff is very nasty and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL please stay away and find yourself a real doctor. i hate this man for what he has put me thru and wish nothing but bad things on him . he scars all his patients..... and then refuses to fix them.

I had a hair restoration procedure done in May of 2009. This doctor is horrible. It took a year for the scar on my head to heal. It's been two years now and the results are horrible. 3000 dollars wasted. My hairline is crooked due to the rush job that was done. He came in twice while his team did the rush job and then they all left to go home before i had left the office. My hailine is crooked with minimal amounts of hair so the receeding hailine is still very noticable. The office staff kept trying to change my appointment for a much earlier time the day before and the day of my surgery. It was not done in manhattan where i live, but instead, somewhere far off on staten island so it was very inconvinent. I am shocked that this individual is still allowed to perform surgery. Spend the extra money elsewhere.

I certainly wish that I had seen this excellent website before going to this doctor. Short version: my surgical results were really bad, and were definitely not what I expected. I had excess scarring as well as other problems. With cosmetic surgery, you have to be careful about what doctor you go to. As a previous commenter here said, anyone thinking about seeing this MD should know how many times he has been sued for malpractice. You can see that info by going to the NY State Unified Court website. It makes for some interesting and informative reading. I wish I had seen it (and this website) beforehand.

Im a male, I was 33 at the time with noticeable darkness and small bags under my eyes so I chose to have blepharoplasty surgery back in 2003. I did it in house and chose not to get a local anesthetic or be put to sleep. After 20 minutes it was done I waited another 30 minutes and was able to go home. The difference afterwards was immediate though I had to ice under my eyes a few times daily as part of my after care. It healed nicely and today Im glad I had this done. Also a few years earlier my girlfriend at that time, had a nose job by him & it was a complete success. I found him to be very informative, willing to negotiate price, caring, professional and did a great job. Its strange and sad to see varying degrees of opinion on here. I can only say, get other recomendations, if you chose to get treatment make sure you do all the pre-procedure routines they instruct you to do (like staying away from coffee, alcohol vitamins etc) and follow your heart. I had my hair transplant done with dr. Cattani about 6 months ago and i'm very happy. He was very knowlegable and helpful with all my questions and concerns. I could not be more happy with my results, i have hair like i did 10 years ago. His staff was great and the entire expierence was pleasant, i would recommend him to everyone!

I have recommended Dr. Cattani often because of my good experience. I had several procedures on my face and body. My expectations were reasonable and the results were fine. He didn't make me look like a model - he certainly did, in every way, address the issues that concerned me about my appearance. His staff was helpful, he was accessible at all times when I had questions and concerns during recovery. And yes, the price was right.

Dr. Cattani is an amazing doctor. I had rhinoplasty done with him about two years ago and couldn't be more happy. It Looks so natural. I would reccomend him to anyone. DO NOT listen to these comments! I have had 3 other friends who have used him as well and they too are extremely happy with their results. He is a wonderful man and his staff is only there to help. If you are still unsure about him after reading this comment, scheduale a consultation with him and all you doubts will dissapear. Dr. Catttani and his staff are nothing but the best!
