I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Irwin. He is polite, attentive, and competent. Unfortunately his assistant Michelle is the opposite. Since I work out of town I need a doctor who can be contacted by phone. Michelle makes this impossible. She is rude, condescending and refuses to listen. Since I am unable to contact Dr. Irwin by phone I am forced to find another provider.

One of the few doctors I have seen who didn't rush me, spent time with me, listened and explained my problems in terms I could understand. He even called the evening following my visit to see how I was doing.

This doctor seems to think that just because he has/had food allergies, therefore, everyone's symptoms are caused by that. And, why is it that if a doctor can't find out what is going on with you, they immediately think you have anxiety, despite it not being the case? Very dismissive and attempted to be intimidating, saying "well, what are you going to say if the tests don't show anything?" Who says they won't? His lack of knowledge and horrible bedside manner are glaringly obvious. If you are concerned about your health, do not go to this doctor.
