Dr. Jacobs has been my primary care doctor for 10 years. She is a great clinician. Always gives me information and involves me in the decision-making, takes her time and never rushes me out the door, and also doesn't guilt me when I am not in a place in life where I can be perfect about self-care. I couldn't ask for a better, more caring doctor.

Dr Jacobs meets you where you're at, and says lets work on moving forward from here. She listens intently, and then involves you in the process of finding the best solution. Her priority is being there for you, not rushing to see how many patients she can force into her day.

Very minimal physical exam. Left me high and dry, in pain, waiting for some direction. Did not communicate with me. Did not respond to my phone or email messages reiterating that I was in pain. No attitude of "lets get to the bottom of this" I sought another doc who immediately did CT scan and hospitalized me. Totally unnecessary had it been caught or at least addressed at the first visit.
