Dr Alves is awesome. My husband and I are both Her patients. We both have kidney problems and a lot of questions. She takes the time to talk with us and put our minds at ease. Her staff is excellent especially her physicians assistant. Sometimes it is difficult to get an appointment or to talk with her PA but that is because some of her answering service sraff could use some more training. But overall we would highly recommend her services.
