I have been under Dr. Zusman's treatment for brain cancer since 2007. She is an absolute miracle worker. She is the best in her field, the kindest and most compassionate doctor. I am eternally grateful for her dedication, care and respect she has extended to me and my family.

My husband had brain surgery performed by Dr. Zusman back in 1999. I cannot tell you the difference her care & the surgery has made in our lives. He has been 100% cured & has had no problems since & we truly feel it was due to being in the more-than-competent & brilliant care of Dr. Zusman. She is truly the BEST! She is passionate about what she does & truly cares for all her patients. She is one of the nations leaders in bringing a cure for epilepsy. I am a former patient, and have become a big advocate of Dr. Edie E. Zusman. Dr. Zusman is by far one of the most amazing, caring, compassionate, and skilled neurosurgeons in the Sacramento Area. She is renown internationally for her work in epilpey research and surgery, as well as brain tumor research and surgery. I've seen some incredible results due to her expertise; she will not give up until her patients have recieved the absolute best in casr. She is Director of Adult Neurosurgery at the Sutter Neuroscience Institute, but is also an Adjunct Assistant Professor at UCDavis - which is quite a feat considering these two organizations are basically arch rivals. She avoids the politics between the organizations and maintains her patients care as her only goal. If you need a specilist in epilepsy or brain tumor surgery, she's the best!
