Do not waste your precious time making an appointment with this office, especially with Dr. Whitlatch. I spent 3 hrs. waiting for her for my first appointment (the technician who took my blood pressure broke all the blood vessels in my hand and arm, which had red spots for three days. The seond time I was harassed by the receptionist for a bill that had alread been paid. You are never able to get through on the telephone, it keeps forwarding you to a call center. When you leave messages, your calls are never returned. I get my meds through a mail order pharmacy and they never can seem to get my prescriptons to them correctly. I spent 10 minutes on hold, and had to hang up today because no one came to the phone. I called back and was very upset with the lack of return calls and beinig put on hold and for all the other reasons I just mentioned and get the manager quite an earful. I will be seeking a new doctor to treat my diabetes - a doctor and practice that care about thier patientsl.

Very dissatisfied. She pays little attention to what you say. Very neglectful in reviewing bloodwork results. Does not appear very knowledgeable and often deflects discussion to irrelevant issues. Uncaring and would definitely not recommend.
